By accessing and using Royalty Health Check ("RHC"), operated by Royalty Rising, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Royalty Health Check is an educational audit tool designed to help independent artists assess their royalty collection infrastructure. The service provides a Song Object Integrity Score (SOIS) based on user-provided information about their music catalogue registrations and agreements.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when using the audit tool
- Use the service for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the service
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
4. Payment Terms
Pro Audit access requires a one-time payment. All payments are processed securely through Flutterwave. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or other local currencies where applicable. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on Royalty Health Check are the property of Royalty Rising and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Royalty Health Check is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate. The audit is educational in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Royalty Rising shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
